701 – The Museum of the City of New York

Join host Leslie Mueller as she explores the history of this icon American city celebrating its’ past, present and future, at the Museum of the City of New York. Learn about the 1970’s subculture of young, artistic residents that created the modern age of graffiti beginning on subway walls and then moving above ground and now into a global art form. Then go behind-the-scenes into the studio of legendary street artist and entrepreneur Eric Haze. 709 – The Best of Mother Nature

In this very special episode, host Leslie Mueller revisits 2 of our viewer favorites the New York Botanical Garden and the Met Cloisters. Learn about the history of the Cloisters, it’s incredible collections and its’ authentic medieval gardens and how they’re designed and maintained. Then visit the private garden shed where plants are cared for. Next, enjoy a peek at how staff members decorate the museum with fresh greens and fruit every holiday season.
